Recently visited for 3bhk flat in both new and old block, for the price we noticed that space wise is ok, however cellular parking area and corridor look very old because of greyed out paint, corridor has cracks near lift area and club house too, where as the club house is more dusty and gym seems in old condition. Could be the reason the apartment is old but recent blocks are new but still new customers has to use old facilities.
Pros: locality, flat space, big corridor, open space, theatre heard is opening soon.
Cons: Poor paint quality in cellular, club house, corridor
For the price, if you can quickly make these few basic things fixed, then people like us can consider for the competitive price like other properties are offering nearby with all new ones.
Good mid range property in the vicinity of Narsingi, reachable distance from any buisness parks of kokapet .it's near Manikonda parallel lanes as well.Gated society with gym, grocery store, pool, yoga center, badminton court, indoor game zone.
Its filled with greenery and ample children play area.Its rated high if one chooses for mid range properties.Definitely not for people with high budgets and searching for luxury condominiums

Located in a fast developing area on Narsingi Mehdipatnam main road. Very near to Gachibowli Financial District. Reasonable project with 8 towers. Under TSRERA. Child focused homes. Good quality construction. Great amenities and clubhouse. Reasonable pricing.
Based on personal experience, the maintenance in the society is sub-par.
- There are regular issues with electricity and water which is not acceptable in any gated community.
- Security and housekeeping is non-existent.
- Apparently, there is no corpus fund also in society which is a problem for repairing/replacing faulty equipments.
- There are adhoc charges added to maintenance for random reasons now and then.
- Constant noise from nearby constructions even in nights.
Seems to be a good society overall but the UDS( Undivided share of land) is very less compared to other societies with similar flat density.This is because the UDS for common areas is not included.It makes me wonder if the builder is holding on to the ownership of the common area land.I would appreciate if any flat owners can clarify on this point.
